Our research is focused on identifying the various rules and regulations notified by the various regulatory authorities over time. Compliance is increasingly becoming a very important corporate function that has huge ramifications in case of defaults and non-compliance. We focus on studying various corporate regulations (eg Companies Act 2014) and highlighting the key aspects which require compliance.
